Elise graduated from York University with a degree in Kinesiology in 2013. She is a Registered Kinesiologist with the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario. In 2018, Elise graduated from the Royal Canadian College of Massage Therapy and has been registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario since 2019. Elise has experience doing assessments, Swedish massage, trigger-point therapy, fascial release techniques, soft tissue release techniques, and exercise prescription. With her dual registration, she believes in both passive and active therapy to help her patients recover and get stronger quicker. She also plans to continue her education and take courses to better help her patients and to learn different techniques.
Elise has been interested in fitness and health her entire life. She is very active and loves doing CrossFit and muay thai.
