5-day return policy: Pre-fabricated Rigid Frame Knee Braces, Bauerfeind GenuTrain OA, Bauerfeind SofTec Genu, Post-operative braces, Medical Walking Boots, Shoulder immobilizers/slings, and Off-the-shelf compression socks/stockings.
Please keep all packaging and instructions in good ‘like new’ condition. Returns without original packaging/instructions or those with damaged items may incur a restocking fee up to 25%. Altered products, missing components, or items shipped without secondary protective packaging will not be accepted.
