Vanessa Caruana
Director of Operations
Vanessa graduated from the University of Toronto with an Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Nutritional Sciences and Human Biology. Upon graduation, she began her career in the food industry working in various quality assurance roles. Over the course of 10 years, Vanessa worked her way up the corporate ladder, always in Quality Assurance but with hands-on experience in regulatory compliance, operations, marketing, and customer service. Her passion for policy and process structure as well as for productivity and efficiency, lead her to her current role as Director of Operations at Full Function Rehab.
In her spare time, Vanessa enjoys spending time with her family and friends, skiing, trying new recipes, and hiking.
