Arzoo Patel is a physiotherapist with over 10 years of experience in the field of orthopedic and neurosurgery rehabilitation. She holds a bachelor’s degree in physiotherapy from J.R.N. Vidyapeeth University in India.
Arzoo believes in building strong relationships with her patients and educating them about their conditions and goals. During the course of providing physiotherapy treatment to her patients, she employs a wide range of manual therapy skills, such as joint mobilizations, soft tissue release, cupping therapy, Kinesio taping, and exercise prescription. She is a firm believer in the effectiveness of this approach.
Arzoo’s clinical expertise consists of treating a variety of musculoskeletal conditions, as well as injuries related to sports and pre- and post-operative orthopedic surgeries. She also plans to take courses on orthopedic manipulative techniques and vestibular rehabilitation to enhance her skills. Arzoo has a special interest in pediatric physiotherapy. She has over 4 years of experience treating children with various sporting injuries, muscle ailments, and growing pains.
In her spare time, Arzoo enjoys going to the gym, meditation, gardening, learning new skills, trying new foods, and taking scenic routes.
