NeuroTracker Monthly Subscription

Train at Home with NeuoTracker.

You are purchasing a monthly subscription where you will be charged $95.00 +HST per month until you notify us by email that you are done with the program.

Terms:

• You must email us prior to the new billing cycle to not be charged the new monthly rate.
• The billing cycle starts 5 days after your original purchase date as it gives us time to ship you your glasses.
• You will be shipped your new 3-D glasses by mail or come to the clinic and pick them up if your local.
• The email to cancel your automatic subscription is info@fullfunctionrehab.com
• Your account will be set up with a general population training program and as you get better with the program and up for more challenges then email us and we will add harder programs toy our account.
