Harshada obtained her Bachelors of Physiotherapy honours degree from India followed by post graduation diploma in Exercise Sciences and Lifestyle Management from Guelph-Humber College. Harshada is licensed and registered with College of Physiotherapist of Ontario.
Harshada has pursued a course in Introduction to Acupuncture and Dry Needling level 1, Kinesiology taping (KT Taping) as well as Complete Concussion Management Practitioner courses. Harshada has a special interest in Vestibular Rehabilitation and TMJ disorders and promise to purse my further education in same.
Harshada uses a client centred approach consisting of an initial assessment to determine the root cause of the problem, followed by education about the injury, prevention and treatment with the help of different hands on manual therapy techniques, customised exercise programs and electrotherapy modalities for speedy and healthy recovery.
