Arzoo Patel is a physiotherapist with over 10 years of experience in the field of orthopedic and neurosurgery rehabilitation. She holds a bachelor’s degree in physiotherapy from J.R.N. Vidyapeeth University in India and is currently pursuing a doctorate in physical therapy from the University of Montana, USA.
Arzoo believes in building strong relationships with her patients and educating them about their conditions and goals. During the course of providing physiotherapy treatment to her patients, she employs a wide range of manual therapy skills, such as joint mobilizations, soft tissue release with Graston techniques, cupping therapy, Kinesio taping, and exercise prescription. She is a firm believer in the effectiveness of this approach.
Arzoo’s clinical expertise consists of treating a variety of musculoskeletal conditions, as well as injuries related to sports and pre- and post-operative orthopedic surgeries. She also plans to take courses on orthopedic manipulative techniques and vestibular rehabilitation to enhance her skills.
In her spare time, she enjoys going to the gym, meditation, learning new skills, trying new foods, and taking scenic routes.
